At Dream Drive, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your fashion pieces are in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dream Drive account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
